Nicole Dravillas-Fravel
Ms. Dravillas-Fravel, M.Ed is a passionate outdoor educator with 30 of experience bringing nature to preschoolers and preschoolers to nature. She helps early childhood teachers and school administrators become confident facilitating creative and captivating nature experiences for early childhood learning. Ms. Dravillas Fravel's experience in the ECE field includes work in public schools, Even Start programs, private preschools and as an early childhood museum educator. For the past 13 years, she has taught at the all-outdoor forest school she founded. Ms. Dravillas Fravel holds a Master’s of Education degree from Stanford University and an Oregon State teaching certificate. As part of her work with the museum, she created and delivered parent-child art, music, and science workshops for toddlers and preschoolers and outreach programs with nonprofit partners such as Head Start and the United Way. She has presented both virtually and in-person at several Natural Start Alliance Conferences, Bright Start International, and at the NAEYC Professional Development Institute, conducting workshops on integrating art with nature and preschool education.
